Looking for a cocktail bar in Park Slope turns up two kinds of room: places built around the shaker, such as Blueprint, Saint Eves and 390 Social, and neighborhood bars that happen to print a serious list. On October 1, 2026 we read the menus both kinds publish on their own websites and counted what was on them.

Fifteen print a cocktail list. Ten put a price beside every drink; four print the drinks and leave the price off; and Blueprint prices only its happy hour. Our own room, The Beer Garage in Park Slope, does not publish a cocktail list at all, and the table below says so.

Short answer

For the longest priced list, 390 Social at 390 5th Avenue prints twenty-five cocktails at $15 to $17, or 3% more by card, fourteen minutes on foot from us. For the lowest prices, Rullo’s at 560 5th Avenue makes eight classics at $10 each. The closest cocktail rooms, Blueprint and The Armory, are three minutes away, but neither prints its regular prices.

Not drinking? Mockingbird at 213 7th Avenue serves only non-alcoholic cocktails in the evening, at $14 and $15, and every other priced list here carries at least two alcohol-free drinks.

Cocktails and gluten

Spirits are distilled, and the gluten question in a cocktail usually sits in what goes in afterwards. On these lists that means the lager in The Owl Farm’s and Skylark’s micheladas, the stout float on Skylark’s Bloody Mary and the non-alcoholic IPA in Mockingbird’s Chai-Pa. None of the fifteen labels a cocktail gluten-free, so ask what is in the glass if it matters to you.

The food is easier at 148 5th Avenue, where the Park Slope menu is printed as fully gluten-free. That applies to our Park Slope kitchen only; the West Village kitchen is a standard one.

Cocktail bar in Park Slope: fifteen rooms and their lists

Sorted by the walk from 148 5th Avenue in Google Maps walking mode. Counts and prices are as each room prints them; where a list names its drinks without prices, the column says so.

Cocktail lists published by Park Slope bars on their own websites, read October 1, 2026, sorted by walk from 148 5th Avenue.
Room Walk from us Cocktails on its list Price printed Zero-proof
The Beer Garage, 148 5th Ave You are here Not published; our OpenTable page lists cocktails and a full bar Not published Not published

Mockingbird, 213 7th Ave 18 minutes Eight evening cocktails, all non-alcoholic $14 to $15 The whole list
Bar Louise, 221 7th Ave 19 minutes Ten house cocktails Not printed Two
Skylark, 477 5th Ave 20 minutes Eight seasonal, six classics $10 to $15 Four at $12
Rullo’s, 560 5th Ave 25 minutes Five “elixirs” and eight “back to basics” classics $14; classics $10 Two at $10
Brookvin, 381 7th Ave 28 minutes Eight, printed on its wine list $13 to $15 Three at $8
Saint Eves, 475 12th St 33 minutes Eight seasonal, three classics $17 for every one Three at $13
FOLK, 689 6th Ave 35 minutes Fifteen, including three Negronis on draft Not printed “A selection”, not listed

Three patterns stand out. Prices barely move across the neighborhood: on the ten priced lists most drinks cost $13 to $17, and Rullo’s is the only room with a whole section at $10. The two cocktail rooms nearest to us are the least forthcoming, since Blueprint and The Armory print no regular prices. And the most expensive glass is not at a cocktail bar at all; it is the $20 Breakfast of Champions at Gowanus Gardens, a Bloody Mary topped with a fried pickle and a deviled egg.

One drink, several prices

Five classics turn up on enough lists to compare. Prices are for the standard serve as printed, with the house twist noted where a list makes one.

The same cocktail on different Park Slope lists, prices as printed on October 1, 2026.
Drink Lowest printed Also on
Margarita $10, Rullo’s Skylark $12, unsalted by default; The Owl Farm $13; Gowanus Gardens $13; LoFi’s spicy mango version $14; 390 Social’s frozen one $15
Old Fashioned $10, Rullo’s Blueprint $12 at happy hour; Whisk & Whiskey’s house version $14; Brookvin’s cherry bourbon one $15
Whiskey sour $10, Rullo’s The Owl Farm $13, with bonded bourbon and egg white; Brookvin’s honey-thyme version $13
Negroni $13, The Owl Farm Rullo’s $14, with house-made sweet vermouth; Gowanus Gardens $14; on tap at Sweet Polly and on draft at FOLK, price not printed
Espresso martini $14, Gowanus Gardens Brookvin $15; 390 Social $16, in a light and a dark roast

Rullo’s takes three of the five, and its $10 list also covers a bramble, a daiquiri, a gimlet and a Tom Collins. For a Negroni, The Owl Farm is a dollar under the others, and Sweet Polly and FOLK both keep one on tap, which usually means a fast pour on a busy night.

If you are not drinking

This is where Park Slope does better than its reputation. Every one of the ten priced lists carries at least two alcohol-free drinks, and one room carries nothing else.

Mockingbird, at 213 7th Avenue, calls itself a neighborhood kitchen and beverage lounge. By day it serves coffee and brunch; in the evening, Thursday to Sunday from 4:30 PM, it pours eight non-alcoholic cocktails at $14 and $15, built on bottled alcohol-free spirits and aperitifs, next to a supper menu that marks its gluten-free dishes. Its menu notes that drinks may contain trace alcohol below 0.5%.

Elsewhere, the alcohol-free prices form a clear ladder: LoFi’s Ginger Limenade at $6, Brookvin’s three mocktails at $8, Whisk & Whiskey’s at $9, The Owl Farm’s Phony Negroni at $10 for two servings, Skylark’s four at $12, Saint Eves’ three at $13 and 390 Social’s three at $14. The Armory prints six zero-proof drinks, each listed with a spirit you can add, which suits a table where only some people are drinking.

Our cocktails, honestly

The Beer Garage at 148 5th Avenue pours cocktails. Our OpenTable page lists cocktails and a full bar and describes rotating craft beers, wines and cocktails. What we do not do is print the Park Slope list or its prices anywhere online, and on the test this page applies, that is a blank. We would rather you heard it from us.

The list we do publish belongs to our Manhattan room at 118 Christopher Street: seven signature cocktails at $15, classics from $14, seven spritzes at $13 and three zero-proof drinks at $10, all on its online menu and compared in our cocktail bar in the West Village guide. In Park Slope, call 718-576-3409 to ask what the bar is making tonight.

Which room for which night

Four rooms, four different reasons to go, each taken from the room’s own menu.

390 Social, 390 5th Avenue. Fourteen minutes from us.

  • Best for choice: twenty-five cocktails in five sections, from a mignonette martini to a Negroni sour, every one priced.
  • Skip if you are paying by card and counting; the card price is 3% above the cash price on every line.

Rullo’s, 560 5th Avenue. Twenty-five minutes from us.

  • Best for a round that stays cheap: eight classics at $10 and five house drinks at $14.
  • Skip if you want dinner in the same room; its menu points you to delivery from nearby kitchens.

Mockingbird, 213 7th Avenue. Eighteen minutes from us.

  • Best for a night off alcohol that still feels like a night out: the whole evening list is non-alcoholic.
  • Skip if it is Monday to Wednesday evening; the evening menu runs Thursday to Sunday.

The Beer Garage, 148 5th Avenue. Our own room, entrance on Douglass Street.

  • Best for eating before the cocktails: every plate from the kitchen is gluten-free, and Blueprint and The Armory are three minutes away afterwards.
  • Skip if you choose a bar by reading its cocktail list first; ours is not online.

Strong drinks, short walks

Everything on these lists is for guests 21 and over with ID, the zero-proof drinks aside. Several rooms build their signatures on two spirits at once, such as mezcal with tequila or bourbon with tequila, so a second cocktail can hit harder than a second beer. The walks here are short; take the subway or a cab home anyway if you have had a few.

Before you go

Check the day. Whisk & Whiskey is closed on Monday and Tuesday, FOLK is closed on Monday, and Mockingbird’s evening menu runs Thursday to Sunday only.

Four lists carry no prices. The Armory, Sweet Polly, Bar Louise and FOLK print their drinks without them, and Blueprint prints only its happy hour; ask before you order a round.

Cash costs less at 390 Social. Its menu shows two prices on every line, the second including a 3% card surcharge.

Some lists may be older than they look. Rullo’s drinks menu is an undated image, and Mockingbird’s evening list sits on a page headed “Winter ’25”. Whisk & Whiskey’s menu page gives two different sets of opening times, so call if you are cutting it close.

How we checked

How we checked

On October 1, 2026 we started from a Google Maps search for cocktail bars in Park Slope, then read the drinks menu each room publishes on its own website, including menu images, PDFs and embedded menu services. We counted the drinks in each cocktail section and recorded the prices as printed. A room with no list on its own site is not in the table; that says nothing about what it pours.

Walks were measured in Google Maps walking mode from 148 5th Avenue. Booking details come from each room’s own site, read on September 29 and October 1. For our own rooms we used our OpenTable page and our West Village online menu. No bar paid to appear.

Dinner first, cocktails after

The Beer Garage Park Slope, 148 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217, entrance on Douglass Street. Every plate from the kitchen is gluten-free; $7 drafts and $1.50 oysters from 3:00 to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. Open until 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Our Manhattan room is at 118 Christopher Street in the West Village, 646-490-4301, with seven signature cocktails at $15 on its menu; its kitchen is standard, not gluten-free.

The verdict

A cocktail bar in Park Slope costs about the same wherever you sit: $13 to $17 a drink on almost every priced list. So choose by what else you want. 390 Social has the longest list, Rullo’s the lowest prices, Mockingbird the best answer for a sober night, and Blueprint and The Armory the shortest walk from 5th and Douglass.

We are the room on this page without a published cocktail list, and we would rather you knew that than found out at the bar. Come to us for a gluten-free dinner, call ahead if the cocktail is the point, and walk three minutes for the next round.
